My Joystar is a work in progress, and therefore has bugs. Most of the bugs
are either pretty obscure, or they occur in the most recent enhancements of the
Backoffice. If you think you've found a bug, then please report
it to us! You can report it by following the procedure below.

For technical support comments or questions, refer to agent support, or post your
comments in the Community. Use the product feature request form
to request new features or suggest modifications to existing features.
The information you provide will be presented to the Joystar development team to
determine whether your submission is a known or suspected bug. Be assured that we
read all bug submissions we receive and take what our members have to say very seriously. Please submit one report per suspected bug.

Welcome to the Joystar product feature request page. Use this form to request new
features or suggest modifications to existing features. Your use of this form is
conditioned upon your reading and agreeing to the terms and conditions below.
We value your input, and any Ideas you submit will be presented to Joystar product
team and may be considered in the development of future product versions. However,
Joystar will not reply to Ideas we receive.
This form is for submitting Ideas only. This form is not for technical support comments
or questions. For help with Joystar products, go to the support
main page.

You agree that any feature information, Ideas, or other submission you provide to
Joystr below ("Idea"), is or will be under and subject to the conditions
set forth herein. You represent and affirm that you have read and understand these
terms. You represent and affirm that you are 18 years of age or older. You agree
that by submitting your Idea, you acknowledge and agree that any such Idea is nonconfidential,
and that Joystar has no obligation to return anything submitted, respond to, or
confirm receipt of your Idea. You warrant that no other person or corporation has
a property interest in the submitted Idea. You understand and acknowledge that Joystar
may itself be developing and creating similar Ideas, and/or that Joystar may have
received or may someday receive similar Ideas from others, and that existing or
planned products and services independently developed without use of your Idea may
contain Ideas or concepts similar or identical to those you submit. You acknowledge
and agree that your submission shall not preclude Joystar from developing or acquiring
such Ideas without obligation to you. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein,
Joystar shall be free to use any Idea that you submit on a perpetual, royalty-free
basis, for any purpose whatsoever, including use, modification, display, and distribution,
and/or in the development, manufacture, marketing, and maintenance of Joystar products
and services without any obligation to you.
